Hi, I’m Maria, and I'm an energetic, status-quo defying, coach. My passion is empowering others - to help them be heard, to discover what makes them unique, to say goodbye to anxiety and self doubt, and to make their work matter. I’ve spent over a decade in technology managing global teams and building custom solutions for hundreds of customers large and small.

In addition to my tech background, I’m also a professionally trained actor and audiobook narrator. The biggest surprise of my professional career has been how much of a game-changer this background has been for me. I specialize in bringing these two perspectives together to create interactive, practical, and fun sessions for my clients.
