Description

Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner in achieving a specific goal, or solving an issue. As a manager, you can use powerful coaching techniques to help your direct reports with motivation, problem solving, productivity, creativity, performance issues, and more. 

Coaching is an effective tool that helps decrease attrition, improve engagement and boost morale. It has become one of the most essential skills to have in your toolkit as a manager or leader.

During this workshop, we will:

  • Learn what coaching is (and isn’t) 
  • Explore how coaching is different from mentoring, training, and telling
  • Learn a framework for an effective coaching session
  • Discover coaching assessment tools
  • Practice coaching sessions, in which you will get to practice coaching others, as well as receive coaching from our expert presenter.

After the workshop, you will have learned:

  • How to apply your coaching skills to solve management challenges
