Description

Effective communication skills consist of two parts: listening and speaking. Some of the biggest struggles for teams and individuals in organizations are around how to have effective conversations. Learning advanced listening and communication skills can help you navigate organization relationships and reach better outcomes.

During this workshop, we will:

  • Unveil the barriers to effective listening
  • Introduce different levels of listening
  • Share tools on how to speak unarguably
  • Practice through dyads and triad breakouts

After the workshop, you will have learned:

  • How to listen with more presence
  • How to speak more effectively and courageously
