Description

Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed at work? 

Stress is caused by fear and resistance. Both are experienced in your body. This workshop will help you identify what is underneath your stress and teach practical skills to help you manage stress and avoid burnout. You will leave with tools to implement in your daily life.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Learn about burnout and how it comes from fear and resistance 
  • Recognize how fear shows up in the body 
  • How to face fear and anxiety at work

After the workshop, you will have learned:

  • Short, easily implementable tools that are 5 min to let go of stress

Abby Wen Wu
