Description

One of the best ways to identify opportunities for improvement is to visualize your work. Pulling from Lean performance improvement, this training will demonstrate how creating process maps can help you hone in on what adds value—and what doesn’t—from a customer’s perspective. With this insight, you can make better decisions about how to drive improvement in your organization.

During this workshop, we will:

  • Explore the Lean concepts of “value” and “waste”
  • Learn how to visualize work through the creation of a process map
  • Practice skills to solidify our understanding

After the workshop, you will have learned:

  • How to visually depict the steps in a workplace process
  • How to spot opportunities for continuous performance improvement
