Description

Understanding the root cause of problems at work helps us ensure that we’re addressing the correct issue upfront. This ultimately saves us time and energy, which is especially important in fast-paced work environments.

Pulling from Lean performance improvement, this workshop will explore three helpful tools for boosting your problem-solving skills, regardless of your industry or role!

During this workshop, we will:

  • Explore the benefits of systematically analyzing problems
  • Learn three root cause analysis tools: 5 Whys, fishbone diagram, and driver diagram
  • Apply root cause analysis skills to a real-life workplace problem

After the workshop, you will have learned:

  • Several root cause analysis tools that you can apply immediately to workplace problems

Jesse Favre

My name is Jesse, and I’m on a personal mission to help people and companies function at their absolute best. As a professional trainer, I love supporting employees in creating workplace efficiencies, whether through Lean performance improvement or Microsoft Excel. This ensures they can spend less time on overly complicated and tedious tasks and more time on transforming their industries. 

Training and instructional design unite all of my varied skillsets, making this work my professional bliss! I enjoy leveraging my background in business, performing arts, visual arts, writing, and DEI to create impactful and memorable educational materials and experiences.
