Public speaking is one of the most common phobias. Humans are social animals, and we care deeply about our reputation and how others perceive us. How can we feel confident, relaxed, and prepared to present in front of others, whether in-person or virtually? This workshop will give you the tools to shine as a presenter and communicate powerfully with any audience.

I am an educator passionate about real, relevant learning experiences that ignite forward momentum for leaders and teams. I’ve spent the past decade developing my expertise as a teacher, curriculum designer, professional development facilitator, and team leader. My specialties include social-emotional upskilling (those critical “soft skills”), developing protocols and practices for open communication, and supporting inclusive cultures where every team member can thrive and contribute.
Having sat through my fair share of ineffective professional development, I’m on a mission to change the facilitation game. My workshops are designed using best practices in adult learning and brain science to create high-engagement learning experiences with immediately actionable outcomes. The combined skills I’ve honed through my background in theatre and years in the classroom keeping rowdy teenagers on their toes inform my facilitation style: energetic, interactive, responsive, affirming, and learner-centered. I believe that the people doing the most are learning the most, so come prepared to participate!
